The 2-day Dialogue brings together professionals who will advance the SMART Islands Agenda and mobilize and activate new partnerships among civil society, the private and public sector for systems transformation. The Forum will explore policy options for improved system efficiencies; gain industry and business insights; identify investment partners; network and discover solutions to Food-Energy-Water Nexus challenges.

Dr. Kingsley Chin is an orthopedic surgeon in Wilton Manors, Florida. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Chin is the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Technology Officer of SpineFrontier. He practices surgery at the Less Exposure Surgery Technologies Institute, which has brances in Florida, New Jersey and Kingston, Jamaica.
